| Summary | 0004597: CTL2: When selecting random functions in DataGenerator Filter editor, they are assigned to input port |
| Description | When DataGenerator transformation random() function (any random function) is selected from the Filter editor, it is automatically assigned to an input port. No error is announced ("Expression is valid") by this wizard. Error is detected only in the Transformation editor "Syntax error on token '=' at mapping 8, column 3".
In CTL1 "Unknown input field [$0.random]" appears in the Filter editor followed by the warning "Expression contains error ... " when OK clicked.
No error occurs if the random function is selected right in the Transformation editor.
